Eight districts of Haryana will go for panchayat (village council) elections in two stages. First they are going to cnduct this election in September month but due to some internal resign election will be postpone to new date. Which will be announce soon on its official website.
Panchkula, Gurgaon, Rohtak and Panipat districts will go to election in the first stage July 6, and Karnal, Rewari, Yamuna Nagar and Hisar in the second stage July 10.
"Election will be held in two stages to choose 2,112 sarpanches (headmen) of town panchayats, 20,169 panches (council members), 980 individuals from panchayat samitis (council commitees) and 130 individuals from zila parishads (area level bodies)," Haryana decision magistrate Dharam Vir said here.

The election will see 3,504,276 voters practicing their establishment. This would be the fourth broad decision of Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRI) in the state.Around 8,000 electronic voting machines (EVMs) would be utilized for the election.
As indicated by election authorities, the assignments would be recorded from June 22 to 24 and investigation of designation papers would be done June 25.
Prior, panchayat decisions in 13 different locale; Ambala, Bhiwani, Fatehabad, Faridabad, Jind, Jhajjar, Kaithal, Kurukshetra, Mahendergarh (at Narnaul), Sirsa, Sonepat, Mewat (at Nuh) and Palwal were held June 6 and 12.
